For the purposes of this poll, you are a Spuffy fan if you consider yourself a Spuffy fan. I think the poll is pretty self-explanatory other than that. The first question may be tricky if you get hung up on, "Well, it didn't happen in canon, so..." but the basic gist is if you think their canon characterizations make such a relationship viable, despite the fact that canon events didn't quite pan out that way.

However, I think it's interesting that a lot of folks against it in canon, are okay with it in fan fic.
When I wrote that, I was recalling something else--I remember a discussion somewhere...I think my own LJ actually, where some thought that Spike's soul was necessary for him to be with Buffy, as well as to be a true hero.
