Cause fandom's for fun, after all!
As I've been wandering through fanfic, I've come across some...very odd pairings. And, as always, I must share the joy with you guys! Now, these aren't just weird pairings like, say, Jonathan/Larry or something. No, I'm talking pairings that will make you do a bit of a double-take. It's fun!
Let it be noted, though, that I caught these as they were going on my 'to-read' list. This means I have not read them. So these aren't exactly 'recs'. More like 'look how awesome/weird/insane our fandom is'!

I think they did exchange some dialogue in 'Homecoming'. I find it much easier to believe ships when the characters have exchanged dialogue. *nods*

Yep. Same here. I have some other odd couples that never have exchanged dialogue, but Cordy/Lyle was just so random...I had to add it to the list.
I'm going to read that Dawn one right now... *shifty eyes*
It's strange, but I've actually seen a decent number of Dawn/Wesley fics. Dawn/Lindsey and Dawn/Eve, though, were different.

Did you find Xander/Snyder? I've read three fics years ago. The pairing doesn't surprise me as the number of fics does. And from three different authors. Guess they had a bet or something.
